 KEEP SALADO BEAUTIFUL'S
ANNUAL Troll Trot 5K

Keep Salado Beautiful's 2018 Troll Trot 5K is a wrap!

Over 75 runners participated in the Keep Salado Beautiful  2nd Annual 5K Troll Trot.  Runners sped along the beautiful streets of Salado, Texas. The race route featured the rich history and natural beauty of our Village, and highlighted the public gardens and hidden art, especially Billy Goat Gruff and the Troll at the Green Bridge Garden.

Hecho En Queso, provided homemade breakfast to all registered runners at the end of the race.

Keep Salado Beautiful was established in January of 2009 and is an active local Keep Texas Beautiful Affiliate. Keep Salado Beautiful is a charitable and educational organization to promote public interest in the general improvement of the environment through planning, directing and coordinating programs for improving the quality of life in Salado. KBS’s mission is to educate and engage Salado to take responsibility for improving their community environment. Membership to KSB is only $25 annually and donations are accepted year around to continue the mission to sustain the natural beauty that is Salado.
