SALADO HABITAT INITIATIVE
Picture

The purpose of the Salado Habitat Initiative is to establish and maintain a creek-side habitat for Honey bees and Monarch butterflies in an effort to promote conversation, increase ecological education, improve esthetic appeal, and encourage visitor enjoyment of strategic areas in Pace Park.  For more information email us at habitat@keepsaladobeautiful.com

Pace Park is located at, 100 Art Fair Road, Salado, Texas.
The park sits alongside Salado Creek with a grand pavilion with ceiling fans along with restrooms, a playscape area, picnic tables, and historical landmarks.
The scenic views makes a perfect backdrop for family gatherings, group events, or a relaxing day wading through the Salado Creek and more.

Pace Park is in the process of redesign. With the help of potential grant funds, new areas will be
developed that will promote family enjoyment. Stay tuned for details!
